Meet LaNella Hooper-Williams, the dynamic President of Hooper Williams Communications, LLC. With over 30 years of experience in corporate communications and marketing, LaNella specializes in strategic communications, leadership communications and presentation training. She’s all about helping companies and professionals build and protect their reputations, manage change, drive profitable growth and increase shareholder value.

LaNella offers personalized coaching and serves as a catalyst for change. She conducts workshops on personal branding, leadership communication, and presentation skills, inspiring corporate leaders and business owners to enhance their personal brand and propel their careers and businesses forward.

LaNella has worked with big names like ARAMARK, Johnson & Johnson, Novo Nordisk, Rutgers University and the New Jersey YMCA State Alliance, bringing her expertise to build strong brands and drive growth. Before starting her own firm, she held leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, Lincoln Financial Group, and PNC Bank.

Aside from her impressive career, LaNella has also shared her knowledge as a part-time professor at NYU. She’s also passionate about giving back and is involved in organizations like the Public Relations Society of America and the National Association of Black Journalists.

Originally from Pittsburgh, LaNella holds degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and Duquesne University, with additional leadership training from Harvard Business School. She’s not just a professional powerhouse but also a friendly face committed to making a difference wherever she goes.
